My stay at Grand Hyatt Melbourne was a mixed experience. The location was amazing, just steps away from excellent dining and shopping. However, the room left something to be desired with some maintenance issues, and I encountered a bit of noise disturbance. On the plus side, the staff were accommodating and friendly, which enhanced my stay.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and spacious with a lovely view of the Yarra River. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, particularly a sludge-like mold at the base of the shower trim. It could use a refresh.

I had a mixed experience at Grand Hyatt Melbourne. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from Collins Street and all the great sights of the city. However, I found the room to be a bit tired, and my bathroom wasn't spotless. The staff were mostly friendly but had some inconsistencies in service, which left me a bit underwhelmed overall.
