Mixed feelings about this stay

The location IS good.
The room felt dated. The bathroom had some mould around the silicon in the shower. This made it seem unclean. I also thought the breakfast buffet cost too much. It should be included in the price. There was a lot of noise at night. I could hear doors slamming.

A Truly Admirable Experience!

The hotel provides an central location. I appreciated the blackout curtains. They ensured restful sleep. The bed was comfortable, allowing perfect relaxation after a long day.
The hot water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit.

The staff were quite friendly and efficient. They were eager to assist, a nice change. I was particularly impressed with their customer focus and how attentive they were to ensuring my needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel's facilities were excellent. The rooms are of a good size. The total blackout curtains provided excellent room darkening. Almost soundproof rooms added to the peaceful experience. I found the location to be excellent with great facilities.

The location is quite central. Exploring the central business district became very easy. The location of the hotel was a total WINNER for me, being close to many attractions. I could see many great views from my room facing the river!!!

I must say, the hot water situation was unacceptable. One shower had scalding hot water. The next was merely lukewarm. getting my luggage delivered took far too long. I had to call, and even then, it took another ten minutes for it to arrive.

The gym facility was amazing, it included everything I needed for a workout.
The room wasnt clean to standards I expected. Mirrors had streaks, and walls had long stains. Complimentary items like cold water and bathroom products were missing. I was definitely expecting more attention to detail.
